Nick Gray Handyman provides home repair and maintenance services including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and general handyman work. Appointments can be booked through our AI booking assistant on our website or via SMS.
All appointments are subject to availability. By booking an appointment, you agree to be present at the service location at the scheduled time and provide accurate contact and address information.
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments with reasonable notice. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours in advance through the booking assistant or by contacting us directly.
Failure to be present at the scheduled time may result in a cancellation fee at our discretion.
Service prices are estimated at the time of booking and may vary based on the actual scope of work. Final pricing will be confirmed upon assessment of the job.
Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise arranged. We accept cash and major payment methods.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment time may be subject to a cancellation fee. Repeated no-shows may result in a required deposit for future bookings.
Our AI booking assistant is provided to help you schedule and manage appointments conveniently. While we strive for accuracy, the assistant may occasionally make errors. Please verify all booking details in your confirmation message.
The AI assistant does not provide professional contractor advice, cost estimates, or recommendations beyond appointment scheduling.
Program description: By completing the opt-in form on our website — entering your phone number and checking the consent checkbox — you expressly agree to receive recurring transactional SMS messages from Nick Gray Handyman related to your appointments, including booking confirmations, reminders, rescheduling notifications, and follow-up messages.
How consent is collected: Consent is collected through a dedicated opt-in form on our website. The "Book Appointment" button remains disabled until both your phone number has been entered and the consent checkbox has been checked. No messages will be sent without this explicit consent.
Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on your appointment activity. You may receive up to several messages per appointment cycle.
Message and data rates: Message and data rates may apply. Charges are billed by and payable to your mobile service provider.
Opt-out: You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. After opting out, you will receive a confirmation message and no further SMS messages will be sent. To resubscribe, reply START. Opting out will not affect your ability to use our booking services through other methods.
Help: For help, reply HELP to any message or contact us at the information provided in Section 12.
Mobile information sharing: No mobile information, phone numbers, or SMS opt-in data and consent will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. This information is used solely for the purpose of communicating with you about your appointments.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and the AI assistant interface, is owned by Nick Gray Handyman and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without written permission.
Nick Gray Handyman is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, website, or AI assistant. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
You agree to indemnify and hold Nick Gray Handyman harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Orange County, California.
